Using MACPod

MACPod is an independently developed Android podcast player. Use it lawfully and respect podcast publishers' rights and the terms of external services. Podcast content belongs to its respective owners; MACPod does not grant rights to redistribute it.

External services

Podcast directories, feed and audio hosts, Google Drive and GitHub are independent services. Their availability, quotas, account requirements and terms can affect features. You are responsible for your accounts and any charges for connectivity or storage.

Backups and development status

MACPod is under active development. Features may change or be unavailable. Cloud snapshots support backup and recovery, rather than continuous multi-device synchronisation. Backup operations may be delayed or fail. Keep an independent export of data that matters to you and check that backups and restores work before relying on them.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MACPod is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
